Website and app need work I hope for the future

Two years in a WSOP is purely garbage! I played on Pokerstars in the past and it was the best experience I have ever had! One thing WSOP should do is allow to players to customize their own tournaments! Also there should be small tournaments starting every 15 minutes!
Both WSOP and 888 suspended my account after I wrote them an email about failed bank transfer! A company called Cetergy kept calling me about me owing them money but how was I to know they were legit Tried again to pay with bank transfer did not go through so must now mail a check! I drove down to Ceasers in December to pay thorough the cage but the girl did not understand what the issue was! So tolls time and gas no mention of this when I tell them that by email! So now I am missing Mad March and all the freerolls on WSOP! Miserable customer service set up! What I mean by this is the customer service is confusing and seems to be outsourced! Sadly I never planned to put money in but did it out of respect! My bank transfer does not go thru they credit my account I never used any of the money and they restrict my account! Go in circles wish I had never tried to put money in!
Yes you wont be able to play on your phone unless you are using wifi! Also mucked cards are to small to see for me! As for the website starting chips should always be 3000! I would like more deep stack and regular speed tournaments of varying size! Also a way to win entry into daily tournaments at mortar casinos would be great! I now use WSOP more than partypoker I just wish there were more deep stack tournaments! Pokerstars use to provide all types of tournaments at any time! Please consider these changes thanks! More regular speed sit n go tourneys as single and multiple table options!
