They let you deposit with a card but then to withdrawal through the same card it needs to get “approved” through a shady third party company. If your card isn’t approved you need to deposit more money through PayPal. This app should be shut down IT IS A SCAM WSOP IS A JOKE

I was playing hand in a low stake game, all of a sudden the app crashed. When I logged back in, my bankroll balance was reduced to 0. Unbelievable.

WSOP NJ stole my money and locked me out of my account. Wont let me withdraw a measely $21 from my account and have not replied in days even after ive submitted the bank information they demanded. Their customer service rep, Andrew M, is very rude and uproffesional and closes tickets prematurely. I had to file a complaint with NJDGE and am still waiting on my money to be deposited to my account. Stay far away!

Deemed my account dormant and forfeit the entire balance inconsistent with the terms of service at the time.

This app is ridiculous. Playing poker wasn’t too bad on here but when it comes to withdrawals of your winnings, forget about it. The denied me for ach withdrawals for absolutely no reason. They use a third party company that “can’t explain anything” and the only option they gave me was driving to Atlantic City. Do yourself a favor and save your money

The single star tells you how bad the previous version was. The only orientation is vertical, and the power port can’t be at the top. What makes that even worse is that you can’t see the state of your battery charge without leaving the app. And guess what, if you leave the app you lose your in-game hand history. Can you see the list of all players in the tournament and their chip count? No, you can’t. Notes on players? Nope. A whopping 8 symbols for players. Please GGPoker, fix this atrocity before you add PA to the player pool.

This app is honestly trash. It won’t let me upload documents takes forever to even load your account info if it even loads. Now after changing my password 3 effin times it still won’t let me sign in what a disgrace this app is.

Tech support is amazing and friendly. Robinhood should take care of their customers so good.

I have been contacting support for 2 weeks and have not received help. I have been waiting for my withdrawal to me processed. I uploaded my paypal account and my id picture for verification and have not received my money as of yet. I would like to be reached out by someone asap.

You can easily deposit money but it’s the BIGGEST hassle to withdrawal your funds! Customer service is horrible. I still have pending withdrawals in this app. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY. SCAMMMMMM

Updated the app, could have sworn punching in correct password. Fine, let’s reset it. Claims my email is wrong, even though I have spam email from them nonstop that even says when I became a member. You need support? Fill out this 1980’s form with your home address and contact. In today’s world I would blame malice, because a 4 yo can code better.

everything about this app is garbage now. Half the time when I login it says they’re sorry they cannot identify who I am, so I have to log back in too sometimes three times before they can identify me. The blast games now have no timer, the timer is what for you sometimes Bluff when you otherwise would not have. Without a timer it’s just a regular sit and go. up until starting tomorrow I played at least one tournament a night most of the time for the past three years. I will not deposit anymore of my money to WSOP, and will definitely recommend anyone who asks to go elsewhere as well.

I play live cash and tournament games all the time. I decided to try this online app. Let me tell you this app has nothing to do with poker. You are pretty much rolling a die and you might win or lose. The run outs you have over here in this game never ever happen in real life this often. The person from behind making a terrible bet or call will end up winning more times than losing. Everytime you fold pre-flop your hand magically hits a full house it is certainly design to tilt players for more action. There are quads here every few minutes and 4 card flushes ever other hand. They should be ashamed for running such a scam and leading people to believe that they are actually playing the game of poker. This is an embarrassment. Save your time save your money play live poker only! Also another very shady thing! Why do these apps take your money without any hesitation, verification or delay literally instantly. But the moment you try to withdraw???? Oh man good luck with that! Million questions documents a etc…. Why not ask for it when depositing?? Or are you expecting most customers to lose their money to your terrible tilted algorithm anyway? I guess so!

New layout and structures/options and navigation for poker are obnoxious, it hasnt changed in so long i wish i could go back to the old format and also play in a horizontal fashion since thats how my ipad case is set up

“Upgrading” the software a few days before online bracelet events was already a dumb decision. However, only having a couple chat agents to help people get their accounts transferred over is another level of silly. Losing so many potential customers with how poorly it’s run. Sadly there’s barely any competition so it doesn’t matter much.

I play quite a bit on the mobile phone and this is a major issue for players. If you tap where the chips are and decide to see how many BB’s are left while the actions going, it becomes the same spot as the fold button. Playing on the desktop is different. Please update so people can’t make the mistake free folding I just wanted to look at the BB.

They really made the entire thing worse with this newest update… going to look for a new site to play on

5/28/24 they revised the App. It will not rotate horizontal on the ipad and is way worse than the old App.

Hands are constructed to make rakes as big as possible. Tournaments are designed to finish as quickly as possible so larger stacks almost always win. Total scam. Caesars owns wsop and they are the biggest cheats around. All about they’re profits and bottom line.

Played Gonzo’s Quest and won a bonus of over $2800-upon completion of the bonus the balance was never updated to reflect the winnings. Emailed numerous times and received NO RESPONSE-it’s been 4 weeks! Called numerous times and spoke to Steven who though polite sounds like he’s working from home from his parents’ basement. Coming from Caesar’s I would expect better and a more professional and expeditious response time. I’ve been placed on hold more times than I can count and still no update to the status of my winnings. I’m an avid online casino gambler and have played/gambled thousands on numerous platforms including Caesar’s and by far WSOP has provided the worst customer service experience. And forget about asking to speak to a manager as I don’t believe management exists. Good luck with playing and or winning as you’ll most likely never see your winnings.

It just scammed me and committed fraud. I created an account with WSOP.COM and had all my information completed. As soon as I deposited my money ($150), they took my money and I could not log into my account and apparently there was not account that even existed on their side. Literally committed fraud, and was an actual crime they just committed. DO NOT BUY.

Have tried to withdrawal $120 that I won 3 different tines with both of my banks. After recieving all of my bank info for both accounts they now say that they dont support withdrawal my banks. They sure as heck had no problems accepting the money deposited from both of those banks. The banks are Chase & Fulton Bank. Those are 2 huge banks in New Jersey. Will cut my losses of $120 and write this review. Next time I'm in Atlantic City apparently I can get a cashiers check from one of the MGM casinos. Even that takes 1-2 days apparently (no clue how that works if its a casino cage.....) Gameplay was only good because they were trying to grease me up since I made 2 decent deposits. Then after that I kept getting rinsed until my account was at $120 and wanted to cash out. DO NOT DEPOSIT. You'd be better off taking a lighter to your cash.

This site is about as legitimate as professional wrestling. If you happen to be the “chosen” one, especially with the Blast tournaments, then you can make money. If not, don’t bother calculating odds or figuring out percentages because the unlikely occurrence seems to be the norm here. However, despite this I still regard it as the best online gaming site around, mainly because of their rewards system. Much better than, for example, Poker Stars with their goofy treasure chests.

Takes couple of days

This app hasn’t been updated in almost a year. It feels boring and unchanged since the beginning of online poker. Time for a refresh. Why still use the badly outdated 888 software? When are we going to get the new GG looking software like the WSOP PA and MI apps?

This site is a scam, don’t play and stay away. Should be investigated, too many bots and rigged hands.

Greatest game on earth

My account was disabled and I was unsure why. I was in good standing. I emailed support and they responded by saying they “made a business decision to disable my account for the foreseeable future”. When I emailed back asking why, they responded with the same, generic answer. No reason for account to be disabled, good thing I like pokerstars better I guess.

I play live poker all the time. This app steals your money in a blink of the EYE. FRAUD!!!
